Pilates courses comprise of 12 weeks of progressive movements that develop your skills further.
In these 12 weeks, we will work from the original 6 core movements, to the 36 essential movements, as prescribed within the teaching of Joseph Pilates.
We offer a completely unique experience within these 12 weeks, as we will not progress through the advanced movements until the essential strength has been developed. Therefore, you are safe in the knowledge that you will be progressing safely and effectively, with no risk of pain or discomfort.The courses have been designed to help you achieve more strength, flexability, and mobility using small hands weights, resistance bands and tubing. Therefore, your upper body now starts to feel the work of pilates more and aids in daily tasks of lifting and twisting. If the core area of the body is not strong enough to maintain correct posture whilst carrying out these simple daily tasks, then one
wrong move may cause irreversible damage.
